Self-pour taps, glass by glass
4 taps, 16 wines by the glass. Guests pay in the app and pour exactly the amount they choose.
Guests pour their own glasses, pick their own bottles and help themselves from the fridge.
Owners focus on the food and recommendations.
TAP SHOP BAR puts three ways to enjoy wine in one store. Have a single glass, buy a bottle to take home, or sit down for a meal.

200 wines by the bottle. Open one at the table or take it home. The app recommends bottles to match each guest's taste.
30 grab-and-go snacks in the fridge, cooked-to-order dishes and a cafe menu. The signature dish: tteokbokki (Korean spicy rice cakes) made to pair with wine.
The hard part of running a wine bar is staffing: someone to recommend, someone to pour, someone to take payment. TAP SHOP BAR hands that work to taps, an app and refrigerators.
Our in-house wine dispenser pours precise, preset measures and keeps opened wine fresh.
The app handles ordering, payment, age verification and wine recommendations. Wine and food stock levels also show in the app.
Guests pick up bottles and snacks from the fridges and shelves themselves, so there are far fewer trips to the tables.
For the busy evening hours, we recommend adding one part-time staff member.
Taps and refrigerators go on the wall to the left of the entrance, the counter and kitchen straight ahead, seating along the right wall, and a wine display deck in the middle.
