How you book depends on group size. Small groups book instantly; larger groups leave an inquiry.

Once TAP SHOP BAR approves your date, please pay the deposit (20% of the total) within 3 days. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
2–4 weeks before the event, we finalize the menu, wines, setup and flow together.
Your dedicated manager is with you from start to finish. The balance is settled on the day.
Please review before booking. Paying the deposit means you agree to the terms below.
Cancellation fees never exceed the deposit (20% of the total). Deadlines are counted from the event date, and a cancellation takes effect on the day we receive it by email. We'll send reminder emails 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before the event.
